for a leading orthopaedic implant manufacturer based in Cork. This
company has a well-established reputation as an innovator in new
product development and have been responsible for shaping the
modern-day orthopaedic market.

Description and Skill set required:
* Complete knowledge on investment casting process, materials, and
machines
* Should have complete knowledge on wax material, molding and
assembling process
* Should have complete knowledge on different molding sands and
properties
* Strong in-depth knowledge on shell building process
* Good knowledge on Binding materials
* Good knowledge on shell drying process and Shell drying room
requirements.
* Good knowledge on mold dewaxing process - Boiler clave machines.
* Should be capable of analysing, suggesting and experimenting /
try-outs on new ideas.
* Strong in proving and implementing new ideas.
* Knowledge on any mold flow software and knowledge on Cobalt Chromium
material will be an added advantage
* Part tracking, defect tracking with respect to cavities / heat
numbers.
* Good knowledge on foundry defects analysing and providing solution.
* Strong in Analytics, MS Office
